There are two main immigration paths into Australia:
- As a holder of a provisional visa, you are eligible for permanent residency in Australia after starting a business in Australia.
- Permanent residency on a direct basis for candidates sponsored by a state or territorial authority.
If you enter Australia through the first channel, you must go through a two-stage process to become a permanent resident. Before applying for a Business Skills Residence Visa, a Business Skills Provisional Visa must be held for four years.
Permanent Resident Business Visas in Australia. A sponsor from a state or territory is necessary for the second channel of direct permanent residence. This visa type is known as the Business Talent Visa.
A business skills program can be divided into four categories.

Business applicants sponsored by state or territory governments may apply for permanent residence.
Key Requirements for AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS IMMIGRATION
- Applicant's age must be under 55 years old at the time of application.
- Score a minimum of 65 points on the Business Australian Immigration points test
- Applicants must have a minimum yearly turnover in their core business of AUD 750, 000.
- Applicants must have a minimum of AUD 1,250, 000 in net business and personal assets.
- Applicants must have a minimum of four years of business experience.

Business Immigration Procedure
There are following steps to apply for Australian immigration:
- Applicants must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via Skill Select.
- Applicants must be nominated by a state or territory government.
- After receiving the formal invitation, the applicant must submit the final visa application to (DoHA).
